Easter!!!

Its a tradition in Brett's family that the Easter Bunny hides the baskets so when you get up in the morning you have to go find it! So we have adopted that tradition into our family! I think Madi liked trying to find it! She would say "where'd it go!?" It was so cute! We didn't get her much cause we knew grandma would spoil her and she really doesn't need anymore toys!

The Easter Bunny got him a little lamb and he loves it! He holds it and cuddles it! Not to mention he tries to eat it! I think he wants Madison's candy more though in this picture!!!

This is Madison's and Kai's Easter egg hunt! They went crazy! Kai got distracted with just running for a minute but then got back on track it was so funny!! Meg and Brett had to go out and hold the baskets cause they were getting heavy!

So our Snow family tradition is a little kid Easter egg hunt and a big kid Easter egg hunt! This is a split second before my dad yelled GO! there really is no other pictures because we were running around like crazy!! My mom puts money in the big kid eggs! Its awesome! It was definitely a good Easter!!

Oh guess what!?!?!?! Weston now can roll from back to front! I'm so excited but then that means that the little stinker is going to be getting more mobile from here on out! AAAAhhhhh!!!!!

I forgot to post these forever ago but here are Madison's 2 year stats and Weston's 4 month stats!

Length 34.5 in 50th percentile

Head circumference 90th percentile!! (she doesn't look like she has a huge head tho!!!)

My babies are getting so big!! Weston is just tall and skinny and Madi is still my little petite thing! I swear Weston is going to be as big as her pretty soon!!! I'm excited Grandma and grandpa Reeves and Rachelle are coming in town this next week! Hopefully I will get lots of pictures and I'm sure we will have to much fun cause we always do with them!!

Happy Birthday Madison!!!

He has been in his own bed now for a few weeks thank heavens!!! He is such a good sleeper! He will sleep from 9 pm to 10 or 10:30 am!!! Too bad my 2 year old won't even consider sleeping that much! I don't lose sleep because of him I lose sleep because of her!!

So I got myself an ice cream sandwich unwrapped it when Weston spit up all over me! So I took off running to go change then realized I left my ice cream on the couch. So I peak around the corner and this is what I see! Brett and I were laughing so hard!

Madi loves her grandma!! When we go over to grandma's house Madi is attached to grandma's hip! We love my mom so much! Heavenly Father has been watching over her. We are thankful for the love and support and prayers! She is making an absolutely amazing recovery!! My mom is a fighter! I think the stubborn feisty Portuguese in her has definitely come out! lol!!

She knows how to use Brett's IPOD touch better then most people! She knows which games she wants to play she knows how to exit them and find them its amazing!!

Brett did a good job blowing up balloons and putting them everywhere! I told him he had to blow them all up since he wouldn't let me buy any floating ones! It looked good tho!!

After her nap I hurry did her hair and had to take a picture before she ruined it!

So Kai and Addie were attached at the hip! They were best buds event tho Kai is all boy and kept picking up dirt and throwing it at her! She is a little champ tho!!

Lucy and Des had the kids out side screaming and cheering and screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY MADI! It was so cute! I'm not sure Madi really caught onto the whole fact that it was her birthday!!

I swear these two are the most strong headed stubborn bosy little girls! They boss each other around all the time. One wants the door open the other one closed so they fight and yell over it! They seriously fight like sisters! Sometimes tho they actually get along! They seem to get along with everyone else tho! (don't let this picture fool you they have one hand on the box and are holding the other ones hand to make sure one doesn't take it!)

The only picture for the day with the two of them! He was a good boy and pretty much slept the whole time! And thanks to everyone helping with the party and with the kids and with the not so tasty cup cakes and amazing egg pealing!! lol hehehehehe!!! Love you all!!!

We blessed Weston on Super Bowl Sunday and then had a Super Bowl party at our house! (don't worry i took this picture 3 weeks after the fact! He is way to long for it in this picture if you could see his legs he is pretty much wearing capri's!)

Brett was attempting to give Weston a bath but Madi kept wanting to stand on his heals and jump! It made me laugh and to tell you the truth I didn't help one bit! I wanted to see how good he was at multi tasking 2 kids!!

Cadillac LOVES when the kids are around because they throw him food! He kept scooting closer and closer trying to pretty much get onto her tray!

Weston kept trying to hold Braelyn's hand but she kept playing hard to get! She is 2 weeks older then Weston!

This is my audience pretty much every time I want to take a shower. It seems like every time I go to take a shower he wakes up and she wants to come play in the bathroom.

She always wants him to come sit next to her so I put him there turned around then looked back and she had them both covered! She is such a good little mommy!

We went to the Living Planet Aquarium the other day and he was so fascinated by the fish it was cute watching him track them and everything!

Madi wanted to play with the saddle horn she would not look up! I put Kai on with me too really fast though and he thought it was so cool!

Hahaha funny........The guy was yelling at the top of his lungs that it was my 25th birthday and that I was a little embarrassed so lets make me more embarrassed and yell yyyeeeehhhaaawww so everyone around yelled "YYYYEEEEHHHAAAAWWW" and clapped... I was bright red I'm sure!

All the snow had finally melted we were able to go outside and walk and play..... ya then this hit! This is from my basement apartment window! Alpine gets dumped on so bad its crazy!! I had a foot plus on top of my car and there was more coming down!!!

What day is it again????

So life is absolutely crazy with two kids!!! I don't even know what day it is most of the time! Madi got RSV for the first time in her life!! I mean she has been sick before but not like this! The poor thing! Thank heavens she recovers quite quickly from things like that! I am so thankful though that Weston did not get it! Some how we lucked out and I am so grateful! He got a snotty nose but that is it no coughing! The doctor was sure that he was going to see us again by the end of that week but thankfully we didn't need to go especially because our lovely insurance raised our co-payment by $15!!! I am so sick of insurance and all that crap! They seriously take like half our paycheck! Weston is getting huge! Madi stayed so tiny! She was still in size 2 diapers at 6 months! Weston just turned 4 months yesterday and has pretty much outgrown his size 2's!! Then Madi was always true to size with clothes then you have him who was just starting to grow out of his 3 month old pajamas and so I go get him some size 6 months.... ya big mistake! Good thing I didn't buy a huge amount! I have to now go out get him just a couple 9 month old pajamas and then stock up on 12 month old ones! The little boy is so long too!! We are hoping he got some tall jeans from one of our families! He giggles and smiles all the time! Its a good thing cause at 2 am I'm not too happy to be awake and when he smiles I can't stay mad! He definitely melts my heart that's for sure! Madi is turning into a funny little character! She is a demanding little thing and lets you know when she doesn't like something!! She turns 2 this month! I can't believe she is getting so big! My favorite thing is when she calls Brett "babe" or "honey" and when he doesn't answer to those she yells as loud as she can "BRETT" its so funny! She has her daddy so wrapped around her little finger! She says "come here, now!!" Its crazy the phrases she puts together by herself and from listening to Brett and I! She tells Weston when he is crying "baby coming coming baby!" She gives him kisses and most of the time he gives her a big grin. He watches her walking by and gets all excited! She loves him one minute and wants to hurt him the next! We love all her crazy mood swings and all! I can't lie some days (like today) I count the minutes until my amazing husband gets home to distract her and keep her entertained! I'm so glad I married a hyperactive man that loves to play with our kids after a long day at work! So my birthday was on Saturday and Brett spoiled me! He let me sleep in and then brought me breakfast in bed. Madi helped carry it in and then she sat next to me and says "mommy bite"! She cracks me up! He made me scrambled eggs and muffins! Then he took care of the kids all day! It was so nice! He got my 3 shirts and earrings from one of my favorite stores and 2 Cd's! We went out that night to Texas Roadhouse which if you don't like loud places and everyone looking at you while they make you sit on a saddle cause it's your birthday don't go there! lol!! It was fun I love going to dinner and stuff with my family! I am grateful for a loving supportive family who is willing to help with anything. And I'm so very grateful for my loving supportive husband who sticks by me through all my crazy mood swings. He seriously is my rock and I'm glad he loves me for who I am! Some days I'm surprised he still wants to come home after hearing me going crazy with my emotional 2 year old!

Big Girl Bed!!!

So I played dress up with my daughter the other day! Yes this is a ballerina outfit! I can't believe I am going to say this but I may end up putting her in dance classes!! (Not for a little while tho!)

Isn't he so stinking cute!! We took him out into the back yard with Madi to go to the "baka bakas" as Madi likes to say!

I'm proud to say that we bought Madi a "big girl" bed! Okay so a mattress and box spring and we have a little railing that goes on the side of it and she takes naps in this bed now and actually does quite well! She does not get out until Brett or I go in to get her I love it! (by the way that is a pink Michigan tie quilt that I am very proud to say I made!)

They definitely love each other! They are watching Madison's favorite movie CARS!

Madi LOVES to hold her little brother! He sometimes doesn't like it so much tho! But he is a good sport and deals with it!

These smiles just melt my heart! He is so gooey and so freaking cute! He coos and talks and everything I love!! He and his sister have been cranky tho for the past couple of days and poor Madi got the flu today.... so exciting! He has been extra cranky too... Oh the joys oh having to grumpy kids who both want mommy to hold them ALL day!! Weston will not sleep unless I am holding him and she just wants to be held too so we sit on the couch and I snuggle both my cute little babies and take advantage of it because before too long they aren't going to want to be snuggled as much!! Gotta go both of them are awake!!

So I'm pretty sure my kids look a lot alike!! This is Madi about 2 1/2 months. She had a ton more hair tho!!

Weston 2 1/2 months! His bib is hiding his huge double chin!! lol!!!So here is a little smile!

(FYI he has to wear a bib after he eats cause I hate having to change him 10 times a day!)

This is as close to a smile that I have gotten on camera!! I am excited to see my little guy smile! Madi didn't smile til she was a lot older! Anyone that knows her knows she was very serious. Did I say was I mean still is! Every time my brother sees her he sings the "Poker face" song its pretty funny!!! This little guy is a champ!! Here are his camo bandaids! He is getting so chunky and I love it!!
