MICHIGAN!!!!!

Madison wanted some of Jadens quesadilla and he was so cute and would feed her and he started doing this all by himself and we turned around and saw him doing this. My guess is she walked up to him and tried to snatch his food!!!

She was so scared of the water at first and then she just took off walking and she kept wanting to go deeper and deeper so Brett had to turn her around so they didn't go in too far!!

All the cousins minus Landen who was sleeping in the back of the boat. Brett and his brother both have girls and all the girls in the family have boys!! Maybe its to soften Brett and Ryan up!!! lol!! We will see if we are going to be adding to the boys or the girls in a month or so!!

I did not want to get in the water.... I LOVE swimming and stuff but all the sea weed and crap in this lake freaked me out!! It looked like pine trees were growing and some of the time they were right up close to the surface!!! (the only reason i got in was to go pee and the life jacket was to make sure i didn't have to kick my legs in the seaweed!!)

We spent a day with our friends Gail and Mike while we were out there and we went to the zoo and they had this huge park and pond in the same parking lot so we went and talked to the birds and Gail threw them bread. Madi kept saying Bir Bir Bir!!! that means Bird!!

My husband may be white but this boy can freaking jump!!! He can jump as high as a Snow leopard. I didn't attempt this I knew I wouldn't even be able to hit the blue one!! haha!

Madison wanted to try it out so she went up to the sign and stood up on her tip toes it was cute!! She always does cute things but when we try to get her to do it again so we can get it on video or take a picture she won't cooperate!

She wanted to drive grandpa Reeves jeep though so I told her to ask him for one when she turns 16!!! haha she thought she was so cool though moving the steering wheel back and forth!


This is Ryan and Brett. Ryan in the weirdo in the family we don't know where he got his height from!! He is 6'4" and Brett is 5'10" or 11" and the rest are girls! (we love you Ryan!!) But we got him and Brett and Brett's dad matching Michigan shoes so I had to two boys model them for me Brett's dad was sleeping so we couldn't get him in on the picture...


This is the view on the "Lake House" from the lake. Yes this is where Brett's parents live right on a lake.... I am no doubt jealous!! I love it though!! Look how green it looks!! And this isn't even the best of pictures of their property!

This is my cheese ball she looks like she is doing a courtesy laugh at me!! She has out of no where started to say words!! Her favorite it "UP"!! Whether she wants up or down she says it so we are trying to teach her the difference between up and down. Here is a list of words she says;

when you tell her k lets go nigh night Madi she walks straight to her room no fuss or anything!! If you just hand her her bottle off she goes!! Sometimes when she is really tired she will go in there and whine and yell at her crib or she will grab your hand and take you in there and try to climb into her crib. I'm sure there are other words I'm missing I'll add then as I remember!!!

We seriously had such a blast in Michigan we didn't want to go home!! It was so green and beautiful. Utah looks so ugly to us now!! It is just desert and dry and nothing to look at!! Oh well... I was happy to have my own bed back (no offense Rachelle I loved your bed!!) The only problem was Brett and I are no longer used to sleeping on a queen size mattress. Plus we had to sleep with Madison in our room which was okay the first part of the week and then out of no where she would start screaming and crying and freaking out and we couldn't figure out why!! We think it is cause her top molars are trying to break through.... She had a blast with all of her cousins and kept running after them and stuff. She took way long naps and by the time 8pm rolled around she would pass out!! Well the first part of the week. Anyway I thought I would share some pictures!!

Surprise!!!!!!

Okay so I have been waiting a little while to say anything cause we were waiting until we went back to Michigan so that we could tell Brett's family!!! We are due December 3!!!! So as of right now I am 13 weeks pregnant!!!! We are so excited!!! Especially because this time around it didn't take us over a year it took us half the time!!! I started out wanting to take the slow boat to China getting pregnant cause I was in no rush. Then I thought about how long it took last time and decided that I am ready and if we got pregnant fast it would be a blessing and if it took us a while again then it was another trial we needed to go through. So after a few months on some medicine I decided to start Chlomid and on our 2nd round I found out that we were pregnant!! I was surprised!! So was Brett!! I sat there and stared at that stupid test forever. It was one of those that actually says pregnant or not pregnant. I couldn't believe my eyes and neither could Brett it was amazing!!!! Brett was so cute and that night went to the store to get more pregnany tests to make sure that the one was not lying to us!! It wasn't lying!! So this test is number 2 or 3. I'm sure Brett is very happy because Chomid makes me a beast but who knows if you ask him he may like be better on Chlomid then pregnant!!! haha!!! This pregnancy has all ready been a TON better then the last!!! With Madi I constantly had Migraines and stuff but this time around I have only had 2 migraines and not thrown up once!! Knock on wood!!! I am so extremely tired though!! With Madi I slept all the time but this time around I have a 1 year old to take care of so I don't have time to sleep!!! Well I gotta go just wanted to share our happy news!!!

What a day.......

Does anyone ever have those days where you feel if your head wasn't attached to your body you would lose it!?!? Well.... That was my day!!! We are leaving for Michigan tomorrow and I have been stressing out about getting my house ready getting Madi and myself packed and making sure I have everything I could possibly need on the trip!! yes I am an over packer ask my husband!!! Sometimes on trips I end up using his bag for some of my stuff!!! Poor guy!! All he needs though is a pair of jeans and a few shirts a pair of shoes which he wears and his toothbrush and he is good to go.... You should see my list!! I have a huge one!! Yes this trip I HAD to make a list because I am not only packing for myself I am packing for Madison too!!!! So I went out to lunch with my mom today so she could spend a little time with her grand baby before we go.. I know what you are thinking I see my mom a lot but that's the point my mom is going to miss her cause we are always around!! Either that or she will be taking a breath of fresh air!! haha!! Anyway after lunch I needed to run a couple of errands..... I only ended up doing one of them... partially because Madison needed another nap and I was being scatter brained!! So I finally get home I was on my cell phone got off my cell phone and POOF!!! It magically disappeared!! No joke from my car to my house it magically grew legs and ran away!! I have been searching for the past 30 minutes for it...... I can't find it..... I was waiting for an important call.... I guess I won't be getting it now!! Sorry....... Oh well... Soon Brett will be home from work and he will help me find it!! I swear if I didn't have such an amazing husband I would be lost some days!! Okay most days!!! I lose everything... I can call him and ask where it is and he just takes a guess and there it is!! Its a dang good thing he has a sense of humor.... He seems to find my airheadedness/stupidity pretty funny..... I'm sure if you sat down with him and asked him all the funny things I said and did you would be talking to him for days!!! I love my husband so much and glad he loves me ditziness and all!!! Maybe that's why he married me cause he knew there would never be a dull moment!!! lol!!! He is amazing and supportive and everything I could have asked for in a husband. Well I need to stop procrastinating I should be packing more or cleaning my house right now.... See ya!! There will hopefully be pictures and more when I get back!!!!
P.S. I found it.... Brett got home and we found it.... I looked in this place a billion times.... I even dumped it out... Yes it was in my diaper bag.... I told you I was scatter brained!!!

The big #1!!!!!

This is her b-day cake!! I cheated and got a cake tin already in this shape but I am proud to say I decorated the rest myself!!! This is about as girly as it gets!

Taking all the pans out of grandma's cabinet! This is her little cheesy face it always cracks me up! It is pretty much the only look she will give me when I am trying to take a picture!!

We let her eat spaghetti all by herself... As you can tell it was a huge mess but she loved it and so did the dogs that were sitting under her high chair!!

I just had to post this!! This is Desi's little girl Kylee! She was giving me a dirty look out of the corner of her eye!! This is no doubt a look she got from her mommy!! love you Des!!!

We brought her to the park a couple days ago and she wanted to be a big girl and climb the stairs by herself!

She LOVED the slide. She honestly didn't care that much for the swings. When Brett grabbed her when we were leaving she cried the whole way to the car and pretty much the whole way to grandma's cause she was so mad!!

I thought this was so cute. All she wanted was daddy to hold her so she hugged his leg and tugged at his pants and kept saying DA-DA-DA and yelling at him until he picked her up! She is no doubt a daddy's girl and spoiled rotten by him to! (Yes I have an amazing husband that helps with dishes and cleaning and everything! He is amazing and I love him so much!!)

So these cookies were on the end table with the lid tightly secured on them. I went in the kitchen to make her breakfast and I turned around and she had them opened on the ground and was nibbling on them! She would bite one put it back bite another and put it back and even would have 1 in each hand!!

My cousin Amber and I went and saw my grandma today and we put the girls in matching shirts and we put there hair in pigtails which was not planned I think we read each others mind on the hair thing! They loved this window but when I wanted to take a picture they didn't want to stay there anymore so Amber had to go out and play with them so they would stand up for us!!

So I was attempting to organize some of her clothes and put them away and she decided to come and sit in the box and throw everything out!!

This is my cousins little girl Rylee. They came over to play the other day so we put Rylee in the box and Madi decided she wanted to push her around so Amber had to help a little bit! These two get a long so well its so cute to watch them play together!!

I had to take pictures of this historic moment!! Yes this is my husband MAKING dinner!! Not just throwing pizza in the over but actually mixing something!! lol!! Madison had to be in his arms watching what he was doing too so now he knows what its like being me!!! He is an amazing husband though and takes excellent care of Madi and me.

This is Madi's first time in one of these and when we went to leave she started to cry so Brett brought her back over to it and they petted Tom and Jerry and said good bye and she was fine after that!! Silly girl!!

Brett got me this cake and he and Madi sang happy birthday to me!! Okay mostly him she made some noises! lol!!

Madi started out just picking off frosting and pieces of the cake and eating it. And then she decided that wasn't fun anymore!!

This was the end result!! I don't think we are going to have any problems with her on her birthday!! She had way to much fun with her little piece of cake!

So we went shopping for Madi's birthday and we wanted to get her one of these chairs so we put it in the cart to see if she would like it and well as you can see she loved it!! We ended up getting her something else but she was not a happy camper when we took this away!! It's okay though because we got her a couch instead! Spoiled little thing!!

So I'm starting to get really sad that Madison is going to be turning 1 this Friday!!! I can't believe it has been a year!! It is so true that time flies!! I really miss having my teeny tiny little baby girl that would just cuddle me all day if I wanted her too! Now I have to force her to sit on my lap for 2 seconds so I can kiss her little chubby cheeks!! She is such a daddy's girl and daddy gets all the kisses in the world but mommy isn't that special!! I do take advantage of those times that she does want to cuddle. In the morning right when she wakes up she will sit with me on the couch and let me hold her and cuddle her and then about 5 to 10 minutes of that and she has to start moving and go crazy!!! She is almost walking too!! She can stand by herself and has taken 4 to 5 steps by herself and it is so cute!! It makes me so excited but sad because once she starts walking I have to start admitting that she is turning into a toddler and isn't my tiny little baby anymore!!! She has learned to blow kisses and when she does it she makes a cute little mmmmbah noise! We are getting excited because Aunt Lucy is letting us hitch a ride down to Vegas with her and her family so Madi and I can see some of my friends down there! I am just really nervous that Madi is going to be a little bugger sitting that long but thankfully there will be movies playing and A and Madison can talk and yell at each other!! Brett is doing really good just very very tired.... He works 2 jobs and will continue doing so until June or July... The second job he won't be getting paid for until then so for now he has to put his hours in and just keep going because we know in the end it will all be worth it!! He loves the 2 days a week I go to work because then he gets alone time with his little princess!! Those two get into lots of trouble and she gets so spoiled while I am gone! Then when I have the whole day and night with her she wants to be spoiled like daddy spoils her!! Oh well I guess its true that daddy's are fun and mommy's are mean! oh well!! Brett and I are getting so excited because the end of May we are going to Michigan to see his family for a full week!! The plane ride will be interesting with a 1 year old who is hyper active and can't sit still for more then 2 seconds!! That's why daddy is going to have the isle seat and he can run after her! lol!! So that's our excitement for the next couple months and hopefully I'll take lots of pictures of our adventures for all to see!!

Madi's first snowmobiling trip!! We went up to my great uncles cabin and had so much fun!!!!

So she just woke up from a nap we throw her in all this snow gear.... She was NOT a happy camper!! She looked so cute though!!

We took her on her first snow mobile ride and she just laid against Brett the whole time a relaxed it was so cute!!

So grandpa put her in the snow and she couldn't get up or move so she got a little mad and was just pleading with her daddy to pick her up. I loved this picture. Not because she is crying but because the look in her eyes and the way she is looking at her daddy.

Daddy was playing with Madi's toys and she didn't give him permission so she went over and pushed his face away and was trying to get him away from her toys! She can get possessive sometimes but in the end she loves to play with her daddy.

Don't ask... Brett took her tights off and put them on her head... She thought it was pretty funny!!

I was so excited to post these!! My little girl has MY curls!!! I'm so excited she still has them!!! I think she looks so stinken cute with them!! The only bad thing is that she rubs her head so they definitely don't look like this at the end of the day!!

She likes movies like her daddy! No really though she pulls them down and dumps the movies out of the cases then looks at me and laughs!!

This is what our little Valentine wore on Valentines day! I made the bows on her head!

So Brett was watching her the other night and I guess she was so hyper and just kept climbing in and out of this and sitting on the thing that makes noise and just was having an awesome time!!

So these tubs USED to be by her bead and she USED to have a boarder in her bed until a few days ago when she woke up in the morning and I went in together and opened up her bedroom door and saw something out of the corner of my eye so I looked over and my lovely daughter was SITTING on the tubs... Yes she CLIMBED out of her crib and onto the tubs to play with her binkys and the Little Princess sign her Aunt Bridgette gave her! Silly girl.. She is fearless and crazy and energetic like her daddy that's for sure!!

Christmas and more!!

Christmas day!! Daddy was trying to get her to stop eating wrapping paper and play with her new toys!

Madison was so tired she was in here crying for a little I went in to check on her and she passed out folded in half laying on her soft blanket!! She is too cute!!!
We put Madi on this toy and Kai likes to push her into walls!! No for real though he pushes her around on it and she honks the horn the whole time! (something tells me she is going to be just like her mommy!!)

Madi is sick and just sat there and cuddled with grandpa. He loved every minute of it!

Seriously what is with this face!?!?!? If you laugh or smile at her she pulls this face and blinks at you!! I can't help but laugh even harder when I see her do this which makes her do it even more!!! She is such a funny baby!!

We built this Igloo on Christmas day! My parents have people come over all the time with their kids and ask if they can get in it and stuff!! It is huge inside and can fit at least 4 to 5 people inside with room! My dad can stand up inside it too and he is 6'4"!!

So this Christmas was really fun!! We had the whole family together minus our favorite missionary Nick!! We did get to talk to him though and he is doing awesome!! We miss him so much but know that he is doing the right thing. He even got to talk to Madison! Well kind of... She kinda yelled in the phone and kept saying mamamama dadadada..... Oh well at least he got to hear her!! She has a really nasty cold right now and is getting 3 teeth in at the same time!! Poor baby... She is hanging in there though and is slowly getting better. She coughed all night the other night and i just felt so bad for her!! I definitely don't like when she gets sick especially cause she can't talk and I can't do much for her except cuddle her and give her tons and tons of kisses!! She waves bye bye and hi now. We watch this movie called "Baby Signing Time" and it is awesome! She loves it! She tries to sign the beginning song. If I can catch it on video I'll post it. She gets so excited she crawls as fast as she can to where the movie is going and then sways back and forth on her hands and knees. I have even gotten Brett to watch a little of it and learn how to sign a couple things!! Brett is loving his job. He works weekends at the one job and works during the week at Standard Plumbing still. He works a ton of hours but it is going to be worth it in the end when he starts getting paid at his weekend job! Hope everyone is doing awesome!
